The Slater City Council met on Tuesday, Aug. 1, and cats were once again one topic discussed.
The council members were asked by Mayor Stephen Allegri to review the cat policies of various towns in the area in order to get ideas to form a policy in Slater to deal with the problem of stray cats in town.
