Neighborhood Cats is proud to announce that Michael Mountain, President and Co-founder of Best Friends Animal Society, has just been added as the Keynote Speaker for the 3rd Annual National Feral Cat Summit to be held on September 9th in San Francisco (for Mr. Mountain's bio, please go to : www.bestfriends.org/aboutus/staffdepartments/biommountain.cfm).
