"Our goal here is to trap, spay or neuter these feral cats," the organization's founder, Mary Beth Harrell, says.
They also want to vaccinate them. The group has found two Killeen veterinarians who will spay or neuter the cats for $40 a piece, but with a goal of 1,000 a year. That's already $40,000.
