Although not included in Katie's résumé, her kindness to the feline community in her area is indicative of her caring spirit. Recently Katie helped find homes for many feral cats whose habitat was annexed by the city. One of these refugees, "Bustopher Jones", is now a happy member of the feline family lovingly housed and fed by Katie and her son Larry.
