• Animal Rescue and Adoption Society and Every Creature Counts will host a low-cost spay and neuter clinic Feb. 2-6 at the mobile clinic in the parking lot of the shelter, 2390 S. Delaware St. The cost is $15 for feline neuters, $30 for feline spays and $30 for dogs (either). Appointments are necessary.
