Heard a report by Neumann on a hearing to be scheduled next month on the planned permanent closing of the trailer park in Butternut due to alleged constant problems with the majority of trailer owners failing to keep up to date with rent, tenants failing to put garbage on the curb for pickup, and nuisances such as a large population of cats. Neumann said letters would be sent out informing those involved of the closure plan and of the hearing. He said the process to completely close the trailer park would take about l-1/2 years.
